Shipping policy

We do not ship balloon décor, materials, or installations via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other shipping carrier.
All décor is created, delivered, and set up by our team at the event location.

Because of the fragile, oversized, and custom nature of balloon décor, all items require hands-on delivery and installation by trained staff.
